News Tuesday: Girl, 17, stoned to death in Iraq

A teenager has lost her life in a brutal and horrific 'honour killing' in the village of Bahzan in northern Iraq. Seventeen-year old Du’a Khalil Aswad was stoned to death by villagers and male relatives following rumours of a relationship with a young Muslim boy.Amnesty International condemn the killing and the subsequent reprisals.
